Biography

Property Tax Consultancy Limited (PTC) was founded by a team of industry-leading professionals in the real estate and valuation industry lead by the vision of Mr. De Castro. His dedication and experience as a Senior Broker leads Cen-Trin Real Estate Management services Ltd. to great achievements both locally and internationally as a nomination for an international award for fastest-growing real Real Estate Company 2021.

His commitment and devotion to his fellow real estate agents assisted in the creation of the Trinidad & Tobago Real Estate Association (TTREA), holding the position of Vice President and founding member. The initial dream of business networking together to build a safer and better community has been a decade-long journey that has been filled with challenges and many successes as Vice President of the Cunupia Business Chamber after working with the Cunupia Business Owners Association as head of security for any years. Love for his community and nation by extension sees him actively involved with not only his NPO-Citizens for Positive change, but partnering with many other organizations including Ryu Dan Dojo, Trinidad, and Tobago Police Youth group, Changuanas Borough Cooperation, Dass Trace Youth Empowerment, Single Father’s Association of Trinidad & Tobago and many other organizations. He is also a certified community crime prevention officer with the Pan American Development Foundation and United States Department of State program 2018.
