Biography
After graduating in 1977, I have worked in the field of Valuation Surveying uninterrupted both in private practice (2013 to Present) and in the Public Service of Trinidad and Tobago where I held the Post of Commissioner of Valuation from 2001 to 2013.
My work experience is very broad-based in making valuations for different purposes including Mortgages, Fire Insurance and Capital Issues in the private sector, for Compulsory Purchase and Private Treaty Acquisitions, Lease Rental/Purchase, Property Taxation, Estate and Stamp Duties and for other purposes where the state needs Estate Management advise including Valuations internationally.
I am a Chartered Valuation Surveyor (MRICS) and a member of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago (MISTT).
National Award Recipient (2013) Public Service Medal of Merit Gold for outstanding and meritorious service to the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
